Hello! I'm Preeta Varkey.

At Colorful Imprint, I bring my passion for creativity and nature to life through surface pattern design. After taking a 15-year break due to motherhood, I rekindled my interest in watercolor painting, which eventually led me to explore surface pattern design. I am an Architect and Interior Designer by qualification, but I am also a constant learner, a creative enthusiast, and a nature lover.

My designs are a reflection of my personality and are inspired by art and nature. I strive to create beautiful, unique, and timeless designs that can be used in a variety of ways. All my patterns are created from my original watercolor botanical artwork and illustrations.  My goal

is to bring life and vibrancy to any space with modern, whimsical, and eye-catching designs that can be applied on fabrics, wallpapers, and other surfaces.
